Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:

Soft brown sugar - 70g                Plain flour - 175gCaster sugar - 70g                        Baking soda - 1 teaspoon               Butter - 125g                                Chocolate chunks - 175g
1 egg                                             Brown sugar - 70g

Step 1: Mix butter and caster and brown sugar and mix.

 Step 2:Add a beaten egg mix and preheat oven to 190*C.

Step 3:Stir in the flour.

Step 4: Add chocolate chunks.

Step 5: Spoon mixture onto your tray.

Step 6:Bake for 10-12 minutes then take out of oven and cool on rack.

Step 7: Enjoy! Eat while warm.
